How do you decide your strategy? Taking a big picture view can uncover more words than are really needed. While there is plenty of information about tools available, how you use these to define your strategy is more difficult without practice. This workshop will show you how. We will start from an overall view of the world and the market, then look at how you actually use these tools to help shape your strategy. It will introduce you to the relevant tools and show you how to use them to develop a coherent strategy.
